Valorant Roster

Roster / Player

Open roster spots for the upcoming Valorant division. We are looking for disciplined players who want to compete at the highest level.

Minimum 3 years competitive Valorant experience
Proven ranked peak and tournament history
Available for scheduled practice, scrims and VOD review
Resident of South Africa or able to compete under the South African flag
Team-first attitude and clear communication under pressure

Roster / Player

Recruiting players for the Counter-Strike division. We want experienced competitors who can bring structure and leadership to the server.

Minimum 5 years competitive Counter-Strike experience
Strong game sense, communication and role clarity
Available for scheduled practice, scrims and VOD review
Resident of South Africa or able to compete under the South African flag
Team-first attitude and clear communication under pressure

Roster / Player

Looking for competitive Fortnite players to represent 3SL in tournaments, cash cups and online qualifiers.

Minimum 5 years competitive Fortnite experience
Proven tournament or cash cup placements
Available for scheduled practice, scrims and VOD review
Resident of South Africa or able to compete under the South African flag
Team-first attitude and clear communication under pressure

Social Media Lead

Marketing

Lead the voice and growth of 3SL across all social channels. You will own content strategy, community engagement and brand storytelling.

5+ years proven social media or community management experience
Strong content planning, copywriting and analytics skills
Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube and Discord
Track record of growing engaged online communities
Gaming or esports brand experience preferred
